Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide individualized instruction and support to children ages 3-5 with special needs. The ECSE Teacher will develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that address each child's developmental, social-emotional, and academic needs in inclusive and specialized settings.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities tailored to meet students' IEP goals.
* Conduct assessments to determine students' developmental levels and educational needs.
* Write and maintain IEPs in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
* Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to support student growth.
* Provide direct instruction in areas such as communication, social skills, motor skills, and early academic readiness.
* Support transitions to kindergarten and other educational settings.
* Utilize evidence-based practices in the Science of Reading, play-based learning, and behavior interventions.
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and documentation required for compliance.
* Provide a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes growth and learning for all students.
* Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current on best practices in early childhood and special education.

Qualifications:
* Required:
* Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Special Education or related field
* Valid [State] teaching license in Early Childhood Special Education

* Familiarity with developmental assessments such as the Battelle or AEPS
