Assists students in cultivating skills, attitudes, and knowledge crucial for their ongoing growth and success, tailored to individual needs. Utilizes diverse techniques across different levels to engage a specific audience. Works under the guidance of the principal and collaborates with other staff to support all learners. Qualifications: Qualified candidates must hold a valid license from the MN Department of Education, maintain strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrate effective communication skills.
