School Psychologist - McGregor School

McGregor Public Schools is seeking applications for a .6 FTE School Psychologist for the 2025-2026 school year to work 3 days per week between the McGregor and Cromwell School Districts. The School Psychologist is responsible to work within a multi-disciplinary team and provide a full range of school psychological services to students ages birth-21. Services include screening and assessment, consultation, special education due process duties, and program evaluation. The School Psychologist will help school staff recognize and provide services for student individual differences to ensure their developmental, academic, social and emotional success. MN licensure as a School Psychologist is required. McGregor ISD #4 is a stable, financially sound school district with high staff retention rates that is located between Duluth and Brainerd. McGregor serves approximately 430 Pre-K-12th grade students which allows us to have small class sizes. McGregor is a beautiful area that has many outdoor recreational opportunities including boating, fishing, hunting, ATV, and bike trails. McGregor belongs to the Northern Lights Special Education Cooperative that is very willing to support a new teacher in this area. Salary Range: $44,878 - $77,299 (based on current master agreement salary schedule).
