Our Lady of Victory School in Fergus Falls, MN, is seeking a dedicated and experienced School Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for menu planning, ordering, and preparing nutritious and delicious breakfast and lunch meals daily for our students and staff. Key Responsibilities: * Plan and prepare balanced breakfast and lunch menus in accordance with school guidelines and nutritional standards. * Order food supplies, ensuring appropriate inventory levels and quality control. * Prepare meals daily, ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met. * Collaborate with school administration to meet dietary needs and accommodate food allergies or special requests. * Serve meals to students and staff in a timely and efficient manner. * Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including dishwashing and equipment maintenance. Qualifications: * Prior experience in food preparation or as a cook in a school or similar setting is preferred. * Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards. * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with school staff and administration. * Passion for providing healthy, nourishing meals to children.
