This position would support all summer programs working directly with students to support their success throughout the summer. Position Summary: * Provide behavioral support to students in a variety of summer program settings including summer enrichment programs, field trips and school-age child care. * Guide students in conflict resolution and behavior management strategies. * Build positive relationships with students, parents and staff members. * Work with staff members and parents to develop behavior plans for student success. * Provide timely and accurate documentation as required. * Communicate effectively with students and parents in difficult and sensitive situations. * Demonstrate tact, professionalism and confidentiality in all aspects of the job. Qualifications: * Experience working with students in a group setting. * Experience working with students with special needs. * Effective behavior management and de-escalation skills. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Strong organizational skills. * Reliable and consistent attendance.
