This individual will collaborate with learners, staff, families, and community partners to create and enhance pathway opportunities, ensuring alignment with college, career, and workforce readiness initiatives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Establish and maintain partnerships with local businesses, colleges, trade schools, and community organizations to provide real-world learning experiences such as internships, job shadows, and mentorships. * Develop, implement, and oversee career and academic pathways that align with district goals and workforce demands. * Provide direct support to students in exploring career interests, academic planning, and post-secondary opportunities. * Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to integrate pathway-related curriculum into coursework. * Assist students in understanding and accessing Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs, dual enrollment opportunities, and industry certifications. * Coordinate events such as career fairs, college visits, guest speaker presentations, and workforce readiness workshops. * Work with students to develop individualized learning plans that align with their career goals. * Track and analyze student participation and success within pathways programs to ensure continuous improvement. * Support the development and implementation of innovative learning experiences, such as project-based learning and work-based learning opportunities. * Serve as a liaison between Farmington High School and external stakeholders, advocating for expanded pathway opportunities. * Communicate with students, families, and staff regarding available pathway programs and resources. * Stay informed about workforce trends, industry certifications, and best practices in career and technical education. * Perform other related duties as assigned by school administration. Qualifications: Education & Experience: * Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Education, Career and Technical Education, Counseling, or a related field (Master&#8217;s degree preferred). * Experience in career development, academic advising, or program coordination preferred. * Experience working in a school setting or with youth programs is highly desirable.
