Job description:
Magnuson Christian School is seeking a dedicated and passionate full time 5th
Grade Teacher for the 2025-2026 school year. As a Christian school committed to
academic excellence and faith formation, we are looking for an educator who will
develop the whole child-heart, soul, mind, and body.
Responsibilities:
* Teach 5th grade curriculum to assigned classroom
* Develop engaging lesson plans that meet academic standards and promote critical thinking, integrating Christian values into lessons.
* Incorporate technology and hands-on learning experiences in the classroom.
* Create a positive and supportive learning environment.
* Assess and monitor student progress through various evaluation methods.
* Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to support student success.
* Participate in school events, professional development, and faith-based activities.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education
* Current State of Minnesota Teaching License
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Starting at $40,000.00 per year
