Providence Academy seeks an experienced and faith-filled Math teacher to join our Upper School faculty. Qualifications:
● Fully share the Catholic mission and vision of Providence Academy, leading students closer to Christ through the teachings and liturgical life of the Catholic Church
● Demonstrate joy in working with students in a faith-filled Catholic environment
● Hold a B.S. or higher level degree in the Mathematics
● Have a strong work ethic and a commitment to the success of our school
● Demonstrate strong classroom management skills, balancing classroom structure with rapport in working with teenagers
● Demonstrate the ability to tailor instruction to meet the needs of individual students
● Demonstrate the ability to collaborate as a team with other teachers
● Demonstrate rapport and professionalism in working with parents
Qualifications strongly preferred include
● Three to five years of teaching experience, preferably in a Catholic or an Independent school
Starting Salary Range: $45,000-$75,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience
