Job Summary: Responsible for delivering direct and indirect services to students with learning and/or communication, social, emotional and behavioral needs; ability to monitor and document student progress; ability to develop/manage IEPs and BIPs and facilitate team meetings; ability to oversee paraprofessionals and collaborate with families and other staff on services and strategies. Qualifications: * Current MN teaching license in ASD, EBD, DCD or ABS. * Prior teaching experience preferred. * Experience with multiple instructional designs and differentiated instruction. * Strong classroom management skills. * Effective communication skills. * Ability to build successful relationships with students, parents and staff.
