Hand In Hand Christian Montessori – Highcroft Campus, Wayzata has a Full-time (40 hours/week) opening in our summer 2025 Elementary and Preschool/Kindergarten Summer Programming.  Mornings include Montessori review lessons and faith circle time.  Afternoon includes projects, gardening, fun outside activities, art, and beach time. The last two hours of the day are spent leading the Preschool – Kindergarteners and meeting their parents for pick-up.  Applicants should have at least one year’s experience working with children in a licensed childcare center or a minimum of 12 credits in Early Childhood or related field. They should also be self-motivated, responsible and reliable as well as familiar with the needs of a Montessori Classroom.    Hours expected to be on campus are between 9:30am – 5:30 pm Monday - Friday.   Compensation is commensurate with experience and education, with opportunities for continued education in Montessori classroom leading.  Salary based on an hourly rate range between $15-$17/hour.
