Pay rate $22/hr Job Summary: Mi Casa Summer Camp is seeking an enthusiastic and creative STEAM/Activity Teacher to lead engaging, hands-on activities and projects for students in Pre-K through 6th grade. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about inspiring young minds through Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver fun, age-appropriate STEAM lessons and activities for campers. * Develop and implement lesson plans that align with camp goals and themes. * Provide both individual and group instruction tailored to meet the diverse needs of students. * Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages curiosity and creativity. * Maintain classroom control and ensure active participation from all students. * Select and manage instructional materials and supplies. * Demonstrate project methods and safety procedures clearly and effectively. Qualifications: * Experience working with children in an educational or camp setting. * A valid teaching license is preferred, but not required. * Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
