The elementary principal: * provides oversight for all aspects of the elementary school, such as the instructional program, school environment, and the operational/fiscal health of the school. * assumes responsibility for implementing and observing all Board policies and regulations by the school&#8217;s staff and students. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: * Masters Degree in Education Leadership, Administration, or related field. * A valid Minnesota Principal License issued by the Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board (PELSB). EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS * Prior administrative experience in an elementary school setting. * Strong understanding of Minnesota state standards and assessment systems. * Proven ability to lead data-driven instruction and school improvement initiatives.
