Position: Special Education Teacher
Location: Royalton MS/HS and Elementary School
Employment Type: Full Time Exempt
Work Hours: 8 hours per day for 183 days
Salary Range: $42,673-$75,083
Collective Bargaining Group: Royalton Education MN
Royalton Public Schools is seeking a full-time licensed special education teacher for the 2025-26 school year. The teaching ssignment is a split caseload assignment between the MS/HS and the Elementary School (1/2 days in each building). Caseload is tailored for the split assignment with help and support for the students when the teacher is in the opposite building.
Qualifications: Desired licensures for this position is any Special Education teaching licensure.
Responsibilities:
* Case management in grades 1-5 and 6-12
* Work with students individually and in groups.
* Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs and instruction in collaboration with other educational professionals
* Modify and deliver programming to students with special needs
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, students, and Special Education professionals
* Conduct assessments
