Minimum Qualifications * Hold a baccalaureate degree from a college or university that is accredited * Applicants should possess a valid Short Call Substitute Teacher license or be in process of obtaining from the Minnesota Department of Education. * Proven success working cooperatively and congenially with other employees, supervisors, parents, and students Responsibilities * The Building Teacher Substitute will be placed each day in a specific need in the assigned need to provide instruction for absent educators, paraprofessionals, student, or office support. Depending upon vacancies and need, District Administration will make the final determination on job assignment. Salary and Benefits * This substitute teacher position will be compensated with a BA-Education and Step 1-Years of experience in accordance with Education Minnesota Southland (EMS) contract. Pro-rated salary and benefits will be determined if not hired at the beginning of the teacher&#8217;s contractual days.
