4th Grade Teacher (2025-2026 School Year) - St. James Public Schools Date of Availability: August 2025, possible PD opportunities available June 2025-August 2025 Job Summary: St. James Public Schools is seeking a 4th Grade Teacher (1.0 FTE) for the 2025-2026 school year at Northside Elementary School. Job Summary: 1. Teach curriculum of St. James Public Schools 2. Carry out responsibilities as defined by the master contract 3. Carry out responsibilities as defined by the principal 4. Maintain good communication and cooperation with staff and parents. 5. Collaborate through Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) with colleagues in order to respond to student needs. 6. Demonstrates continued professional development through course work, research, peer collaboration, and/or job-embedded staff development. 7. Knowledge of structured literacy and interest in LETRS training or LETRS training already completed; or Science of Reading training completed preferred. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's (BA/BS) degree required 2. Minnesota teaching license with the appropriate grade level and subject area certification required, or ability to obtain by start date 3.
