Location: Lincoln Elementary- Glencoe Salary/Rate: Pay/Benefits: Pursuant to ED MN Glencoe Silver Lake bargaining group master agreement salary schedule. Master Agreement is attached. Please note that the 2025-2027 Master Agreement is currently under negotiation Requirements: * Current Minnesota ECSE licensure birth - 6 years is required. * Bachelor's or Master's degree in ECSE * Tier 4 License is preferred. We are a small District with approximately 1,600 K-12 learners, yet Glencoe-Silver Lake Public Schools are focused on meeting the academic and career needs of all students. We have two elementary schools, one middle school, and a high school on two campuses. Three of our schools (one elementary, the middle school, and the high school) are in Glencoe, and one Elementary, &#8220;Lakeside&#8221; is in Silver Lake. Primary Function: Under the direction of the building principal or appropriate supervisor, teaches zero- to five-year-old children in a center-based preschool program and provides evaluations to children aged zero to give. Makes visits to children's homes as needed. Candidate requirements: Occasional or frequent lifting of 20 to 40 pounds or more may be required.
