About New Century School:
New Century School (NCS) is an innovative STEM-focused public charter school situated North of Hamline University in the Como Neighborhood of St. Paul, MN. Dedicated to academic excellence, NCS offers a dynamic learning environment for students from Pre-Kindergarten to 12th grade.
Responsibilities/Duties:
Provide instruction as defined by the IEP for students who receive who need specialized services in a setting 3 classroom
Prepares lesson plans for specific direct instruction that aligns with student’s IEP goals
Monitors student progress as described in student IEP’s and complete quarterly progress reports
Collaborates with regular education teachers or other staff for the purpose of communicating information, resolving issues, and providing services
Work together with service providers and case managers to ensure appropriate programming for students with disabilities
Participates in professional learning communities, building and district wide professional developments
Completes all required due process paperwork required and/or mandated by state and federal laws or as required by the District.
Plans, develops and writes individualized education programs (IEP’s) that address individualized learning goals, objectives, learning strategies and behavior management plans for students with special needs.

Qualifications & Application:
