Job Summary Liberty Classical Academy is a Christian, classical Preschool-12th grade private school with two locations in White Bear Lake and Hugo, MN, and we are adding to our tremendous team of experienced and talented teachers! We are accepting applications for a Learning Specialist beginning in the fall of 2025 at our Hugo campus. Responsibilities &#8226; Implement learning plans and maintain accompanying documentation. &#8226; Provide student accommodations, which are based upon the individual Student Success Plan; may include but not limited to: Proctoring extended time exams, scribe, and reader. &#8226; Effective communication with parents, students, faculty, and administrators through in-person conversations, phone, and email. &#8226; Instruct and support students in classrooms, as well as small group settings. &#8226; Meet with the Learning Specialist Director and teacher to provide input and determine appropriate levels of student performance, needed accommodations/modifications of instructional objectives and assignments. &#8226; May attend staff meetings to discuss the academic needs of students. &#8226; Other duties as necessary or assigned, such as supervising recess, hallways, or lunch.
