Position: Long-Term Substitute Teacher Location: White Bear Lake, MN Duration: August to November, 2025 Subject/Grade Level: Middle School English Key Responsibilities: * Deliver engaging and interactive lessons aligned with the Classical curriculum. * Foster a positive learning environment that promotes student participation. * Implement effective classroom management strategies to create a structured atmosphere. * Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support individual growth. * Collaborate with fellow educators and administrative staff to support the overall educational experience. Qualifications: * Bachelor&#8217;s degree in education or related field. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to adapt to classical learning styles and effectively instruct with classical methods. * Previous teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory.
