About Becker District/School:
Becker School District is conveniently located off of US Hwy 10, just 20 minutes SE from St. Cloud and 45 minutes NW from the Twin Cities. The District consists of five buildings, all situated on a single, cohesive campus and serves approximately 2,800 students - Early Education Building, Primary School (K-2), Intermediate School (3-5), Middle School (6-8), and High School (9-12). Position Summary:
Under the direction of the Director of Community Education, the Early Education Program Coordinator is responsible for the overall operation and personnel management of the District’s early learning programs, including Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE), School Readiness, and Early Childhood Screening. This position supports families and children fromm birth to age five by overseeing program planning, implementation, staff supervision, and fiscal monitoring to ensure alignment with Minnesota Department of Education requirements and Becker Public Schools’ strategic goals.
The ideal candidate will be a collaborative and organized leader who is passionate about early childhood development and family engagement. We are seeking someone who:
?Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills
?Builds trusting relationships with families, staff, and community partners
?Is flexible, responsive, and solutions-oriented in a dynamic environment
?Has a deep understanding of child development and early learning standards
?Brings creativity to program planning and a commitment to continuous improvement
This position is perfect for a mission-driven individual who takes initiative, leads with empathy, and inspires others to support our youngest learners and their families.
Start date: July 1, 2025
Contract: 210 days
Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000
Requirements/Licensure: Requires a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Early Education or Parent Education and or closely related field and a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in early childhood, parent education or preschool education and services; or a combination of education and experience necessary to perform the requirements of the work.
