Responsibilities: * Facilitates mathematics curriculum and instruction review. * Collaborate with teachers to plan, implement and refine effective mathematics instruction aligned with district competencies and MN standards. * Model instructional strategies in the classroom and provide feedback to support teacher growth. * Assist teachers to use student assessment data to identify instructional needs, set goals, and monitor progress. * Design and lead professional development sessions focus on mathematics pedagogy. * Support the implementation of district-wide math initiatives and provide coaching aligned with district goals. * Stay informed of current research and trends in math instruction and share relevant findings with staff. Qualifications: * Current Minnesota Teaching license and classroom teaching experience in mathematics; * Strong understanding of mathematical content, pedagogy, and standards. * Experience with integrating and leveraging instructional technology tools. * Prior experience in coaching or mentoring teachers preferred.
