We are hiring substitutes in your local school districts. No previous experience is required!

Minimum requirements:
- Substitute Teacher - Bachelor’s degree with MN Teaching or Substitute License (Don’t have license? No problem! If you hold a Bachelors or higher, we can give you information on the licensing process to obtain a substitute license)
- Substitute Paraeducator - HS Diploma/Equivalent (some requirements may vary)
*Some districts do hire for substitute food service, substitute custodian, substitute clerical. If you are interested in one of those roles, let us know and we can see if a district located near you has those positions available

Responsibilities:
- Assume duties of the district employee in accordance with school district lesson plans, school rules, and Kelly policies
- Empower students to learn, and encourage classroom participation
- For long-term teacher assignments, it may be required to develop lessons plans, as well as build, administer, and grade tests and assignments
Substitute teachers may also be referred to as substitute educator, guest teacher, or relief teacher.
Substitute aides may also be referred to as paraprofessionals, education technicians, teacher’s aide, instructional assistant, classroom assistant or education assistant.
