Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Educational Assistant to support classroom teachers and help provide a positive and productive learning environment for our elementary students (grades K–6). The ideal candidate will be patient, flexible, and enthusiastic about working with young learners. Key Responsibilities: * Support students in their academic, social, and emotional development under the direction of the classroom teacher * Assist with classroom management and preparation of materials * Provide one-on-one or small group support as needed * Supervise students in various settings (classroom, recess, lunch, transitions) * Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment * Communicate effectively with teachers, students, and families * Follow school policies and procedures at all times Qualifications: * Two years of college coursework, an associate's degree or higher, or a passing score on a formal assessment demonstrating their ability to assist with instruction * Experience working with children in an educational or care setting * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team * Passion for supporting children’s learning and development How to Apply: Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter to admin@threeriversmontessori.org
