Summary of Position Three Rivers Montessori&#8217;s classroom teachers are an instrumental part of the fabric of our school setting. To be effective, you will need to collaborate, manage multiple tasks, and intuitively problem solve to identify speci&#64257;c student needs. We work to cultivate a culture where we all learn and grow together. Job Duties Primary Purpose: Conduct instruction according to student needs. Develop instructional materials, and strategies and implement instruction, to enrich and engage students in rigorous, relevant learning. Provide an honest, respectful, caring, and safe environment for students. Responsible for meeting the mission, vision, and values of the school.
