* Offer in-class interventions for students.
* Collaborate with teachers to develop interventions and plans for students.
* Utilize evidence-based strategies for interventions and instruction.
* Collect and analyze student data related to growth.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
* Perform multiple tasks and upgrade skills as needed to meet changing job conditions.
* Possess pedagogical and content knowledge for upper elementary and middle school subjects.
* Understand evidence-based practices for academic interventions.
* Build and maintain relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/guardians.
* Communicate effectively.
* Analyze student achievement and growth data.
* Use various technology platforms effectively.
Supervision of Other Employees: This position does not supervise other District employees.
Working Environment:
* Collaborate with the Title 1 Teacher and classroom teachers to implement interventions.
Education:
* B.A. or B.S. degree with a valid Minnesota teaching license.
Licensure:
* Current Minnesota Elementary Education License (K-6) required.
Experience:
* Experience or training in working with students in academic areas.
