Our school buildings are housed on one campus connected to one another. Rate of Pay: Per Child Nutrition Contract Position Summary: The successful candidate will enjoy working in a team environment and possess an ability to build relationships with both students and staff. Assisting in directing,training and coaching of Child Nutrition Staff. Knowing all aspects of the Child Nutrition program. Daily Office Duties as requested by the Director of Child Nutrition. Additional position highlights include: Discretionary Leave pay ( based on number of hours worked per day) 8 paid Holidays per year( based on number of hours worked per day) Pay based on experience 177 Scheduled work days + 8 holidays=185 days Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent,Certified Mn Food Protection Manager Certificate, Level 1 & 2 (working to level 3), food service experience( 3 years preferred), strong management and communication skills ,good computer skills, great customer service skills, knowledge and understanding of USDA Child Nutrition programs, good organizational skills, basic office skills, understanding of production records and recipes. Has the ability to multi-task and handle challenging situations when they arise. Lifting 25-50 pounds, Carrying and /or pulling and pushing.
