This role is ideal for someone passionate about building strong relationships, fostering a positive school climate, and using restorative approaches to help students re-engage socially, emotionally, and academically. The paraprofessional will work closely with teachers, the student support team, and principal to guide students through restorative practices, assist with classroom instruction, and ensure students have the tools and support needed to succeed in their learning.
