Candidates should have a wide range of teaching, remediation/enrichment, and classroom management strategies. Successful candidate will use data to inform instruction to meet student needs. Position Summary: * Design and implement high-quality, individualized literacy instruction aligned to students' specific needs. * Develop and/or utilize supplemental curricular resources to support targeted small group instruction. Collect, analyze, and interpret student performance data to evaluate intervention effectiveness and inform instructional next steps. * Actively participate in weekly Wellness Team meetings to support student growth and well-being. * Engage in regular staff meetings and professional learning communities (PLCs) to promote continuous improvement. * Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, administrators, and support personnel to ensure cohesive instructional support. Licensure: Valid MN secondary/middle school teaching license or ability to work towards a tiered license.
