Qualifications * Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Elementary Education / Teaching license/certification valid in Minnesota (K&#8211;6). * Experience teaching in a primary/elementary setting is preferred. * Strong knowledge of primary/elementary curriculum frameworks, and best instructional practices. * Excellent classroom management and communication skills. * Ability to create inclusive environments accommodating diverse learners, including ELL students and those with IEPs. * Commitment to continuous improvement and collaboration with peers and families. SUPERVISION: Teachers report to the building principal. COMPENSATION: Teachers are compensated according to the current master agreement.
