ADMISSIONS ASSOCIATE A professional and integral member of a school admissions team, this Admissions Associate is a front-facing, people-centered position that blends sales savvy with warm hospitality. The ideal candidate is energetic, outgoing, organized, and ready to jump in as a key player in driving enrollment growth and creating an exceptional prospective family experience. The Admissions Associate serves as a key representative of the school&#8217;s mission and values. Primary Responsibilities As the first point of contact for many families, you&#8217;ll play a crucial role in communicating Providence Academy&#8217;s mission and guiding families through the admissions process. You&#8217;ll also work closely with parents, students, faculty and leadership, so being both team-oriented and detail-minded is essential. Family Engagement and Enrollment Support &#8226; Convert inquiries into strong applicants&#8212;and strong applicants into excited enrollees &#8226; Build rapport quickly and professionally with families from all backgrounds &#8226; Serve as a warm, informed, and helpful point-of-contact throughout the admissions journey &#8226; Respond to all inquiries and applicant questions &#8226; Provide school tours and coordinate student shadow visits &#8226; Represent Providence Academy at community events, school fairs, and internal admissions functions &#8226; Conduct Interviews and administer entrance assessments for prospective students &#8226; Maintain accurate, timely records in the admissions CRM Administrative and Event Coordination &#8226; Collaborate with the Dean of Admissions on communications, scheduling, and data tracking &#8226; Responsible for the administration, security, confidentiality, and retention of office files &#8226; Help plan and execute admissions events such as Open Houses, Preview Days, and Visit Days &#8226; Establish and maintain organized and efficient application files and records for the Admissions Office &#8226; Provide courteous, confidential, and professional support across all office responsibilities *Assisting with other school wide & community events that may occur on weekends and evenings as needed EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE &#8226; Knowledge and appreciation of the mission, vision & values of Providence Academy &#8226; Minimum of B.A./B.S. degree. Required Virtus training. &#8226; 1+ years of experience in admissions, sales, customer service, recruiting, or hospitality preferred SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS &#8226; A confident communicator&#8212;both verbally and in writing&#8212;with an upbeat, professional tone &#8226; Strong sales mindset with the ability to convert interested families into new enrollments for Providence Academy &#8226; Maintains the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times &#8226; A self-starter who thrives on structure, but doesn&#8217;t wait to be told what to do &#8226; Working knowledge and experience using Word, Excel, GoogleSuite, experience with SalesForce or CRM software is ideal ADDITIONAL INFORMATION &#8226; The start date August 2025 &#8226; This is a .75 FTE, benefit eligible position with a competitive salary commensurate with experience. Primary Responsibilities 

As the first point of contact for many families, you’ll play a crucial role in communicating Providence Academy’s mission and guiding families through the admissions process. You’ll also work closely with parents, students, faculty and leadership, so being both team-oriented and detail-minded is essential.


Family Engagement and Enrollment Support

• Convert inquiries into strong applicants—and strong applicants into excited enrollees

Build rapport quickly and professionally with families from all backgrounds

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 

• Knowledge and appreciation of the mission, vision & values of Providence Academy

• Minimum of B.A./B.S. degree. Required Virtus training. 

• 1+ years of experience in admissions, sales, customer service, recruiting, or hospitality preferred


SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS 

A confident communicator—both verbally and in writing—with an upbeat, professional tone

Strong sales mindset with the ability to convert interested families into new enrollments for Providence Academy

• Maintains the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times 

• A self-starter who thrives on structure, but doesn’t wait to be told what to do

• Working knowledge and experience using Word, Excel, GoogleSuite, experience with SalesForce or CRM software is ideal
