Pillager School is currently seeking a long term substitute teacher for Elementary Special Education
Long Term Substitute
This will be a Special Education position approximately December 12th, 2025 through March 23rd, 2026 for FMLA purposes.
Qualifications Profile
* MN State Certification as a Teacher
Position Purpose
Under the general supervision of the School Principals, to facilitate student success and growth in academic and interpersonal skills through implementing district approved curriculum; documenting teaching and student progress/activities/outcomes; addressing specific educational needs of individual students and by creating a flexible, safe and optimal learning environment; and providing feedback to students, parents and administration regarding student progress, expectations, goals, etc.
