Qualifications/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or currently in a BACB-accredited and approved program, as well as ongoing supervision or equivalent.
Preferred but not required: At least 1 year of experience within the education field.
Successful background check required.

Strong organizational skills in the areas of managing multiple buildings, staff needs, and training. Proficiency with Google Suite and SpEdForms. Ability to communicate effectively with staff, families, and service providers. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively. Leadership skills and/or ability to refine leadership skills. Strong conflict-resolution skills and ability to collaborate with multiple staff and be open to facilitate collaboration. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or direction of daily duties.

Specific Tasks:
The Behavior Analyst provides behavior analytic services and develops
individualized behavior management plans for students receiving special education services within Cambridge-lsanti Schools. This position supports licensed staff, paraprofessionals, and
parents/guardians by modeling and training in effective behavior intervention strategies.
Responsibilities include conducting functional behavior assessments, designing and monitoring intervention plans in alignment with IDEA, Minnesota statutes, and district policy, and building staff capacity through professional learning. Other duties as assigned.
