Lower School Assistant (Fall 2025) Providence Academy seeks an experienced and faith-filled Lower School Assistant to join our Lower School faculty. Part-time: 25 hours - 30 per week (11:45 a.m. - 5:30/6:00 p.m.) Job description: &#8226; Fully support and model the Catholic mission of Providence Academy &#8226; Consistently support and reinforce teacher/school goals and objectives &#8226; Supervise students during lunch, recess/free play periods &#8226; Assist teachers with preparation of lesson materials and organization of supplies and curricular material &#8226; Maintain flexibility as a full "team member" in meeting classroom and school-wide goals. &#8226; Assist teachers in providing a positive learning environment by applying behavior expectations in a consistent manner while respecting the child's dignity. &#8226; Communicate with teachers, administration, and parents in a positive manner Requirements: &#8226; High School diploma. &#8226; Experience working with or supervising young children in a school/group activity setting.
