Teachers are committed to fostering a deep understanding of literature, language, and composition, all while exploring classic novels such as The Good Earth and The Children's Homer. Minimum Job Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field * An appropriate MN teaching license is required * Ability and willingness to teach the classical trivium and sequence model as defined by the school * The ability to speak and write clearly and effectively * Conviction in the values of a rigorous liberal arts education * Ability to maintain an orderly classroom Preferred Qualifications: * Teaching experience preferred but not required * An appropriate MN teaching license is preferred but not required * Tier 3 or 4 License preferred but not required Compensation: Pay range: $45,150 &#8211; $81,375 Benefits: Benefits: medical, dental, Life & ADD, vision, health savings account, 403b, teachers' retirement, public employees' retirement, short-term disability, long-term disability, critical illness, accident insurance, voluntary life and AD&D, NICE Healthcare, and pet insurance.
