Schedule: 7:45 AM – 3:45 PM
Pay: Starting at $30,000+ (prorated based on hire date)

Position Summary

We are currently seeking a warm, energetic, and dedicated Preschool/Pre-K Teacher to join our Early Education team immediately. This individual will foster a safe, nurturing, and Christ-honoring environment while delivering a classical education that inspires a lifelong love of learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with our classical curriculum
• Cultivate a loving classroom environment rooted in biblical values and respect
• Promote active participation and curiosity in young learners
• Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain structure and routine
• Build strong relationships with students, families, and fellow staff
• Track and communicate student development and progress with parents or caregivers
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in ongoing professional development
• Support the mission and vision of Liberty through daily interactions and instruction

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in an early childhood setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and joyfully with a team
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
