POSITION:3rd Grade Teacher - Long Term Sub 1.0 FTE
LOCATION: TCU Le Center - Tri-City United Schools serves
TCU Lonsdale K-6, TCU Le Center K-8, and TCU Montgomery K-8
STARTING DATE: 2025-2026 School Year, Approximately November 29, 2025 to March/April
SALARY: $243.17/day - Per the Tri-City United ISD 2905 Master Teacher Agreement
BENEFITS: Retirement and paid time off
REPORTS TO: Building Principal

LICENSURE: Appropriate MDE Teacher License

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPECTATIONS:
- Teaching experience preferred, but not required.
- Actively participate in all professional development activities and professional collaboration time (PLC / CLT)
- Prepare and collaborate with students, parents/guardians, and staff to promote student engagement
- Utilize best practice (research-based) strategies in lesson development and delivery
- Prepare daily/weekly lesson plans addressing student needs as aligned with the Minnesota Standards
- Understand and promote school-wide Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) program within our schools
