Job Summary

Liberty Classical Academy is a Christian, classical Preschool-12th grade private school with two locations in White Bear Lake and Hugo, MN, and we are adding to our tremendous team of experienced and talented teachers! We are accepting applications for a Kindergarten Extended Day Teacher and Aftercare Provider beginning in October.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate''s degree, preferably in Elementary Education or related

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and interactive lessons aligned with Classical curriculum.

• Foster a positive learning environment that promotes student participation.

• Implement effective classroom management strategies to create a structured atmosphere.

• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support individual growth.

• Ensure smooth transfer from class to aftercare

• Checking students in and out and ensuring they are leaving with an authorized adult

• Supervising children at play

• Provide a safe, clean, and fun environment for students
