HS Lead Custodian Duties 

Beginning ASAP

In compliance with the Classified Agreement, please consider this as notification of the following position openings in the district.

Qualifications:

Qualified applicants should be able to identify and correct building and equipment problems by performing carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, HVAC work, and other duties as assigned.  This position requires a self-reliant and self-starting approach, applicants need to be able to anticipate work to be done, then complete the work in a timely fashion with a minimum of supervision  and instruction.  Applicants need to demonstrate the ability to tactfully and effectively handle requests, suggestions, and complaints from fellow employees, supervisor, professionals and the general public.  This position requires frequent lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds and unloading trucks. Occasionally they may be required to lift or move up to 90 pounds such as salt and bulk furniture.

Time Limitations: Present employees must apply with five work days on or before September 3, 2025.

Salary: Stipend of $2600 / year
