Start Date:  November 11, 2025
Days/Hours:  Monday - Friday; 12:00pm - 8:00pm; 195 days/year
Salary:  $47,770.85 per year July- June, salary will be prorated based on start date
Responsible To:  Community Education Specialist

Position Purpose:  Serve as the initial facility use point of contact outside of school day hours. Oversee daily operations of facility use for community education and facility rental groups in partnership with district sponsored athletic & activity use. Serve as the lead and onsite staff liaison for afternoon, evening and weekend events at Eastern Carver County School facilities
Major Job Function, Specific Tasks, Required Knowledge/Abilities/Skills:  See attachment.

Education/Certification/Experience Requirements:

• 4 year degree in education, recreation, or a related field
• Current First Aid and CPR certification or ability to obtain within first 90 days of employment
• Experience in facility, building scheduling and/or community education preferred
• Experience in staff supervision and development
• Experience working with the general public - customer service

Benefits of Employment:  Eligible for benefits as negotiated between the Professional and Technical Personnel group and District 112.
