About Becker District/School:
Becker School District is conveniently located off of US Hwy 10, just 20 minutes SE from St. Cloud and 45 minutes NW from the Twin Cities. The District consists of five buildings, all situated on a single, cohesive campus and serves approximately 2,800 students - Early Education Building, Primary School (K-2), Intermediate School (3-5), Middle School (6-8), and High School (9-12). Becker’s mission is to develop self-directed learners to thrive in a changing global community.
Position Summary:
The Primary School is seeking a Lead Cook. The Lead Cook coordinates, delegates, trains, and monitors food service production staff to ensure that overall kitchen production, safety and quality considerations are met within the building.
Schedule: 6:45am-2:00pm
Salary & Benefits: $19.14/hr and up, subject to negotiated agreement and work experience
Requirements/Licensure: Requires a minimum of Certified Food Protection Manager and 3 years of food preparation experience; and/or a combination of equivalent education and experience to perform the work. District requires SNA Level 2 certification within two years of hire.
