Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Educational Assistant to support classroom teachers and help provide a positive and productive learning environment for our elementary students (grades K–6). The ideal candidate will be patient, flexible, and enthusiastic about working with young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students in their academic, social, and emotional development under the direction of the classroom teacher

• Assist with classroom management and preparation of materials

• Provide one-on-one or small group support as needed

• Supervise students in various settings (classroom, recess, lunch, transitions)

• Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment

• Communicate effectively with teachers, students, and families

• Always follow school policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Two years of college coursework, an associate''s degree or higher, or a passing score on a formal assessment demonstrating their ability to assist with instruction

• Experience working with children in an educational or care setting

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

• Passion for supporting children’s learning and development
