POSITION:  Community Education & ROC/Fitness Center Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION: The Community Education & ROC/Fitness Center Coordinator is responsible for planning, promoting, and overseeing a wide range of educational and recreational programs for the Onamia School District and the surrounding community. This role also includes managing the daily operations of the district’s fitness center, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all users, managing the Rolf Olsen Center (ROC) and ROC rentals, communicating and promoting within the community rental options that are available. The Onamia School District qualifies for student loan reduction/forgiveness programs.
 
REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma required
• Valid MN Teaching License or a college degree preferred
• Experience in education coordination, fitness management, or related fields
• Strong computer and communication skills
• CPR & AED certified (or willingness to obtain certification)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and pass a criminal background check
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple responsibilities
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends

SALARY: Based on qualifications and experience
