Middle School Musical Stagecraft (Set Painter)

Job Summary:
Shakopee Middle School drama is looking for a qualified person to lead set painting and set dressing.
The job will start in December 2025, leading to performances March 6-8, 2026. 
Hours worked can be flexible based on applicant''s schedule.
Depending on needs, applicant may be directing student and parent volunteers.
 
Desired knowledge and skills include:
Understanding of designing and painting for the stage.

Qualifications:
Experience working in live theater
Experence working with students
Experience and/or training in painting and design

Working Conditions:
Lifting, sitting, pulling, standing, pushing, keyboarding etc.
