The Richfield Public School District is now accepting applications for a Bilingual Family Outreach Worker (.5 FTE) at Centennial Elementary School, working with students in grades K-5. This position requires a person who has excellent communication skills (oral and written) and is able to develop strong relationships with our families.

Qualifications:

• High School or GED equivalent.
• 2 years of post-secondary education is preferred.
• Experience in a school setting or equivalent work experience.
• Must be fluent in Spanish - both written and oral.

Hourly Rate: $28.00- $28.75 (Based on education and experience). 
Richfield Public Schools offers a comprehensive benefit package. 2024-2026 Outreach Worker contract will be posted soon.
