Salary:$48,166 - $89,645 Per  Teachers Work Agreement

Qualifications:  Must have a current Minnesota Elementary Education Teaching license; previous experience in an elementary school setting is preferred. 
Summary of Duties
  • Develop and deliver engaging instruction aligned to Minnesota standards in all content areas
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and student-centered learning classroom environment that fosters curiosity, respect, kindness, and a love of learning
  • Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students
  • Implement effective classroom management strategies to create a safe, orderly, and productive learning environment
  • Collaborate with grade-level team and other staff on instructional planning, programming, and supports 
  • Integrate technology to enhance instruction, support student learning, and develop digital literacy skills

Positions 1,020 hours or more per year are benefit eligible
