Kimball Area Public Schools is seeking applicants for a full time (1 FTE) Early Childhood Education Coordinator for the remaining 2025-26 school year. The work schedule will follow the district''s school calendar with additional duty days during the summer months.
A four-year degree with a current Minnesota birth-grade 3 teaching license or a Parent Education certificate is preferred. The salary range is $46,852 - $79,795 based on education and experience. Benefits offered are Life, Long Term Disability, Dental and Health Insurance; 403(b) Match and Paid Time Off.
Duties include: supervision of preschool teachers, staff and paraprofessionals, prepare and manage the program budget, oversee grant writing and early childhood screening operations, direct and implement public relations and marketing for the program, prepare and develop appropriate curriculum, lead the Early Childhood Education Advisory Council, direct and implement special events for the program, work directly with the Director of Community Education to develop policies, procedures, goals and objectives for the Early Childhood Education program. Other duties as assigned.
