Spectrum School District is seeking a Technology Integration Specialist to support the district''s technology systems and user base. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, including managing user accounts, providing technical support, and assisting with various software and data management tasks.

Responsibilities:

• User Account Management: Create and manage student, parent, and staff user accounts across multiple platforms, including Google, Infinite Campus, Schoology, and Active Directory. This includes bulk creation and suspension of accounts, as well as handling individual user requests.

• Data and System Management: Support the school''s information systems by running SQL scripts, managing data imports and exports, and assisting with tasks such as scheduling, course registration, online registration, transportation and state and federal reporting.

• Technical Support and Training: Provide technical support to staff and students for various technology-related issues. Offer training on new software and system updates, and communicate changes to the appropriate users.

• Third-Party Application Support: Manage and support a variety of third-party applications, including Adobe, EdPuzzle and Canva. This includes vetting
  privacy policies for programs that will host student data as well as renewing district software contracts.

• Assessment Support: Assist with the technical aspects of standardized testing, such as Minnesota Comprehensive Assessments and FastBridge. This involves participating in tech staff training and supporting students and proctors during testing.

Qualifications:

• Experience with user account management in a school or corporate setting

• Proficiency with SQL scripts and data management tasks

• Strong technical support and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with educational technology platforms such as Infinite Campus, Schoology, and Google Workspace

• Ability to communicate effectively and provide training to diverse groups of users
