INcourage Health, LLC, a therapist-owned and family-first company, is hiring a Physical Therapist to cover leaves in central Minnesota school districts. 

 * PT leave will begin March 23-June 2, approximately 3-4 days a week if possible, but willing to negotiate the number of days.  

Mileage reimbursement between school buildings/home visits. Ability to do some evaluations/home visits, documentation, and meetings from home with flexible scheduling.

This is a 1099/independent contractor position.

Requirements: At least one year school-based PT/OT experience preferred, MN PT/OT licensure, valid driver''s license.
