POSITION: Special Education Teacher, 1.0 FTE

 

LOCATION: Le Center PreK-8, Le Center, MN

Tri-City United Schools serves the communities of Le Center, Lonsdale, & Montgomery

 

STARTING DATE: As soon as completion of hiring process

SALARY: $43,500-$73,125 (prorated from date of hire for partial year 2025-2026) 

BENEFITS: Insurance, retirement, and paid time off

REPORTS TO: Building Principal, Director of Special Services

DATE OF POSTING: 11/25/2025

LICENSURE: Appropriate PELSB Teacher License in Special Education (ABS, EBD, LD, ASD, DCD).  

       All special education license areas will be considered.

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPECTATIONS:

- Delivery and Instruction of Special Education services to elementary students 

- Understanding of Special Education due process and paperwork, maintaining accurate student records 

- Assessing student learning, analyzing student data and planning accordingly for student success 

- Creating an engaging and respectful classroom for all 

- Effective communication with key stakeholders, including families and guardians 

- Work collaboratively with multiple instructional teams
