Job Title:  Kindergarten Paraprofessional-Roosevelt Early Learning Center .5 FTE

Job Description:  Assist Kindergarten teachers in the classrooms with academic and social needs of students, along with supervision of students before school..  This position is for 3.5 hours per day and rate of pay is $20.13.  Approximate hours will be 11:30 am-3:00 pm Monday-Friday.

Qualifications:  One of the following required:  (1) Two year Associate of Arts degree; OR (2) The equivalent of 60 semester credits OR (3) A portfolio demonstrating MN Core Competencies for Paraprofessionals OR (4) A passing score on the MN Para Pro Test. High School diploma is required.  Experience working with elementary-aged children and ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff and other school personnel.  Ability to work in outside weather conditions throughout the school year.  CPR certified preferred.
